■ Cases where returns are not possible
・Please note that we cannot accept returns for any reason if 7 days have passed since the product arrived, or if there is no prior contact.
・We do not accept returns for sanitary products that touch the skin, such as swimsuits, innerwear, and underwear, even if they are unused. Thank you for your understanding.
・Returns, exchanges, and cancellations after order placement are not accepted for sale or outlet items.
