■ About Shipping ■
Orders placed by 8:00 AM on Friday, December 27th, are scheduled for the earliest possible shipment, but we may not be able to process them for shipping within the year.
In such cases, orders will be shipped sequentially from Monday, January 6th.
We kindly ask that you place your orders with ample time.

■ About Inquiries ■
Inquiry reception will be suspended from 3:00 PM on Friday, December 27th, until 9:00 AM on Monday, January 6th.
We will respond to inquiries sequentially starting from 9:00 AM on Monday, January 6th, after the holidays.

■ Regarding Cancellation Requests During the Holiday Period ■
We will not be able to process cancellations during the holiday period.
Please be sure to confirm your order details and registered information before finalizing your order.
