Product returns/exchanges
1. Our company accepts returns of products, including defective and damaged products, on the condition that you contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product. However, cases that fall under the following reasons are excluded.

a. Products whose price has been reduced from the original price due to special prices, limited-time prices, bulk purchase campaigns, etc.
b. Goods used or laundered.
